Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Global Compact Network Australia, govern and oversight the operations, strategies and business plans of the organisation.

The Board of Directors for the Global Compact Network Australia is drawn directly from the membership base. The Board structure is governed by the Constitution of the Global Compact Network Australia Limited which requires no less than seven and no more than ten Directors serve at any one time. The Board of the Global Compact Network Australia is constructed by having a Chairperson and two Deputy Chairpersons. The Board also operates a number of sub-committees that cover finance, risk, membership and communications.

The current Board of the Global Compact Network Australia includes:

Graham Paterson, Chairperson: Graham is currently the Senior Manager Indigenous Engagement at Westpac Banking Corporation.

Catherine Hunter, Deputy Chair: Catherine is KPMG Australia’s Director of Corporate Citizenship and is responsible for the strategic direction of the Australian firm’s citizenship vision and community investment.

Professor Malcolm McIntosh, Deputy Chair: Director for the Asia Pacific Centre for Sustainable Enterprise, Griffith University.

David Faulks, Director: David is Managing Director of Sydney-based strategic communications and design consultancy, gen.a.

Armineh Mardirossian, Director:  Armineh is the Group Manager, Corporate Responsibility, Community & Sustainability at Woolworths Limited. 

Rachel Nicholson, Director: Rachel is a Senior Associate at law firm Allens Arthur Robinson (Allens), specialising in Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution.

Gregory Welsh, Director, Treasurer: Greg Welsh (MBA, JP) is CEO of Sebel Furniture, a manufacturer and a global supplier and exporter of school furniture.

Peter Kelly, Director: Peter Kelly is the Director, Corporate & External Relations at Nestlé Australia Ltd.
